We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will promptly contact you via email to inform you of the delay.
Standard Shipping orders should be received within 3-6 business days, although rural areas may take longer. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising where your parcel can be collected.
We kindly ask for understanding that we have no influence on the delivery time from the point at which your order is picked up by the shipping provider and that in exceptional cases delivery times may be longer.
