How do I get a refund?

If one of the products you ordered does not meet your expectations, you have the possibility to return it.

As soon as the returned products have arrived in our warehouse and have been checked by us, you will receive a refund of the amount of the returned products* to your original means of payment.

*If you used a discount code for your order, the amount of discount is splitted to all products and will be taken into account for the refund.
