How can I return my order?

Returns:

Ordering is easy and risk-free! We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, return it to us within the timeframes below in the condition it was received, and we will happily provide a refund or exchange.

Returns Process:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• Only items purchased directly from evoc.com.au can be returned.

Follow these steps for a return:

1. Complete the online "Exchanges and Returns form" or the form included in your delivery box.
2. Pack items securely, including your invoice.
3. Affix the return label to your package. EVOC Sports Australia is not responsible for return shipping costs.

For peace of mind, use insured registered post, as EVOC Sports Australia is not liable for lost parcels.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost, and refunds will be confirmed via email.

Warranty/Faulty Returns

For faulty items, contact Customer Service with photos of the issue before returning. Approved warranty claims will be processed within 3 business days, and refunds or replacements will follow within 2-5 business days.

Return Terms and Conditions

• Boxed goods must be returned in unmarked, original packaging.
